Recently something bad happened. A lot of people I respect and admire, as well as myself were let go due to a sore economy. I handled it fairly well for the sensitive weirdo I usually am, but later broke down and started texting people whose phone numbers I have. I can't describe really how much I'm going to miss everyone, and the energy that sustained me being around such amazing creative forces. I plan to start illustrating a lot more for a while. Maybe the whole thing will turn out to be a blessing in disguise and this will give me the time I need to get my illustration portfolio together.
